Freedom of the Soul is performed directly in the Spiritual Realm for the safety of the soul; it is the session the soul itself needs. Freedom of the Soul includes Negative Energy Cleansing.

Do I need to do anything during the session?

No. I carry out the whole procedure myself, and the session is completed within 24 hours.
