These terms apply to purchases of our spiritual sessions and community membership. Please read the relevant service description and the price and payment conditions shown before you purchase.

Services supplied remotely

We provide spiritual sessions and community services remotely. No physical product, parcel or shipment is included. A purchase does not include a live video call, downloadable PDF or written report unless the relevant service description expressly includes it.

The scope of each purchase is the service described when you order. Individual sessions and Community Membership are separate offerings; purchasing a one-off session does not automatically enrol you in a recurring subscription.

Our sessions are spiritual services. They do not diagnose, treat or cure physical or psychological illnesses and are not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.

Session details and communication

For an individual session or one-time Community Membership purchase, provide your full name, a working email address and a clear photograph for session identification. For the recurring monthly subscription, send your photograph after subscribing from the same email address used for the subscription. Please check that the information and contact details you submit are accurate.

Only submit photographs and personal information you are entitled to share. Supplying session material gives us permission to use it as necessary to carry out your requested service, not permission to publish it or use it in advertising. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.

Payment confirmation is not confirmation that your session has been completed. Timing is as stated in the service description or agreed with you. If essential details are missing, we may need to obtain them before work can begin. We use your supplied email address for service-related communication; please contact us if you need to correct it or discuss your order.

Prices and payments

The price, currency and any applicable charges are shown before payment. The terms and price agreed for your purchase apply to that purchase; later website changes do not retrospectively change a completed order.

Shopify provides our online store platform. Recurring Community Membership subscriptions are paid through Stripe; one-time membership purchases use Shopify checkout. Please retain your order or payment confirmation so that we can identify your purchase if you contact us.

Community Membership

The recurring monthly Community Membership option is a subscription. Its current price, included services and billing interval are displayed on the membership page and Stripe checkout before you subscribe. Payments renew monthly until cancelled.

One-time Community Membership options are purchased through Shopify checkout for 1 month, 3 months, 12 months or lifetime access. These purchases do not renew automatically and do not create a recurring subscription.

Lifetime access means membership for as long as AetherServants continues to offer collective sessions. We do not offer discretionary refunds for lifetime membership. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights or any right to a refund or other remedy if the service is not provided as agreed, including any applicable rights if collective sessions are permanently discontinued.

For the recurring monthly option, you can cancel future renewals at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Enter your subscription email address to receive a secure sign-in link from Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period: your membership remains active until then, and the next monthly renewal is stopped. For cancellation assistance or questions about a payment, email kadimhu@gmail.com using the email address associated with your membership purchase. Your mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Subscription cancellation does not automatically mean that earlier payments are refunded. Cancellation and refund requests are assessed as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellations, refunds and service concerns

You may cancel an individual session for a full refund before work begins. If work has started, we consider the work actually performed and your applicable consumer rights. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains statutory cooling-off rights, early-start requests and refund processing.

Payment or submission of your details is not by itself a waiver of statutory cancellation rights. Where an express request and acknowledgement are legally required before starting during a cooling-off period, they must be obtained separately.

If you believe the service has not been supplied as agreed, contact us with your order details and the issue. We will review it and explain the proposed resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes the requirement to provide services with reasonable care and skill or limits remedies and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use of the website and service materials

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, interfere with its security, misuse another person's information or attempt unauthorised payments. Website and session materials are provided for your personal use unless a different permission is expressly given. This does not limit uses permitted by law.

Links to third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy practices. Using an external payment or contact service does not remove our obligations to you for the service you purchased.

Changes and applicable rights

Updates to these terms apply to future purchases. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated where required, together with any applicable cancellation rights. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory protections available under the law that applies to you.
